Applitech is back, the only trade fair in Europe dedicated exclusively to the industry and supply chain of household appliances and consumer electronics, as well as their related distribution network: technology, equipment, design, machinery, materials, accessories, components, spare parts, maintenance, recycling, logistics and after-sales services.
Following the success of its first edition, Applitech will once again showcase its innovative and specialized vision, bringing together the key themes, content and excellence of a strategically important sector from 10 to 12 November 2027 at BolognaFiere.
The event, organized by A151 Srl, is a clear and high-value project, offering a networking opportunity for all professionals in the sector, including managers, designers, technicians, consultants, installers, retailers, distributors, shopkeepers/department stores, traders, investors, and spare parts and service providers.
In addition to the exhibition area, Applitech 2027 will feature a rich programme of conferences, with leading speakers representing companies, associations, institutions and academia. It will provide an important opportunity for all industry professionals to stay up to date, thanks also to presentations of research, analyses, case studies, technological innovations and market trends.
According to APPLiA Italia, 22 million appliances are produced in Italy every year, and the sector is worth €19 billion, of which €12 billion comes from exports. At the latest General Assembly of the Italian Association of Household Appliance Manufacturers, data compiled by NIQ/GfK for the first quarter of 2026 were presented. The Italian market for technology and durable goods recorded 5% growth in value, reaching €4 billion. Household appliances were the main driver of this performance, with an increase of 6% for major appliances and 11% for small domestic appliances.
Online sales also performed positively, recording an overall increase of 11%, driven in particular by the performance of major and small domestic appliances and products dedicated to home comfort.
Applitech 2027 will take place concurrently with REFRIGERA 2027, the international refrigeration trade fair, creating opportunities for interesting synergies between the two events.
